At Surefoot, we stand behind our gear and want to ensure you have the perfect fit for your next adventure. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Gear

  Securely place the unused items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags and labels remain attached to the product.

  Ship It Back

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned equipment, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your requested exchange within 5-7 business days.
